Enrollment and General information 2010-2011

Students who have already completed a Bachelor course at a College or University in The Netherlands cannot enrol for a further subsequent Bachelor course at the Royal Conservatoire, unless the Executive Board decides differently in individual cases. An exceptional request for the following of a second Bachelor course after the completion of a first bachelor course must be submitted in plenty of time (in order to conduct entry examinations) and in writing to the Executive Board.

Students who are already following the Bachelor course at the Royal Conservatoire, and who wish to commence with a second principal study during this course, can do this as a component of the Bachelor curriculum for the first second principal study in the form of a minor. In this case there would be no second enrolment to the Bachelor, unless the Executive Board decides differently in individual situations. An exceptional request for the following of a second Bachelor alongside a pre-existing first Bachelor course must be submitted in plenty of time (in order to conduct entry examinations) and in writing to the Executive Board.

You can only enroll via our website and the student administration. Do NOT use Studielink.

Important for all Bachelor/Master students
During their study at the Royal Conservatoire, all Bachelor/Master students need a GBA document (certificate of residence) of their valid address in The Netherlands, Luxemburg, Belgium or one of the German Federal States of North Rhine-Westphalia, Lower Saxony or Bremen. If you do not submit a photocopy of such a certificate by 1 December 2010, you will have to pay higher institutional study fees.

The Executive Board considers it impossible for students to follow a study at the Royal Conservatoire and simultaneously attend a course at another institute. Therefore students should concentrate only on their study at the Royal Conservatoire. As a consequence it is only possible in exceptional cases and only with a written consent from the Executive Board to follow a course simultaneously at another institute. You must always pay study fees at the Royal Conservatoire.
