Please fill out our application form and send it to eas2012@koncon.nl to sign up for the conference (click here for the application form for institutions).

 

Take the following steps to arrange the payment.

  

  • Payment

It is required to be a member of EAS in 2012 in order to participate in the EAS conference. To make the payment easier we ask you to pay the membership fee and conference fee at once. We ask institutional members to contact us before payment.

 

EAS 2012 offers you an early bird rate of €175, including membership fee, if you pay before March 1st 2012.

 

In case you have paid your membership fee for 2012 separately, please indicate this on your application form and pay only the conference fee.

Dagtarief Nederlandse deelnemers: €100 (inclusief €25 lidmaatschapskosten EAS)


* The membership fees are: €25 for individuals, €100 for institutions or national associations (five persons can attend the conference). The participants of the Student Forum become EAS members for one year for free.

 

Please fill out the membership form on the EAS-website and transfer €175 (€225 in case of late payment) to the EAS account in Belgium to fulfill your EAS 2012 application.

Cancellation policy:
Full refunds to cancellations before 25th of February
50% refund to cancellations before 15th March
All refunds will be made after the conference
