1. The closing date for all applications is June 16th, 2022.
  2. Applicants must be dancers with an advanced, pre-professional or professional level between the ages of 15 and 25 years old (18 and 25 for ChoreoComp) on June 16th, 2022.
  3. Participants will be selected from the applications submitted and shall be notified of the results through their email address.
  4. Applications cannot be accepted without photographs and videos.
  5. The decision of the administration is final, and no correspondence will be entered into if the result of the application is not favorable.
  6. Course fees will not be reimbursed in the event of the applicant’s withdrawal from the course.
  7. In case the administration must cancel the Dance Intensive & ChoreoComp, all paid fees will be refunded to the participant.
  8. The administration reserves the right to change the members of the faculty in the event of illness or any other unforeseen circumstance.
  9. All participants must bring appropriate dancewear as specified within the information bulletin that will be sent to participants admitted to the course. Women are expected to bring enough pointe shoes for the duration of the course.
  10. The final schedule for the course will be posted on-line and on the notice board of the studios on the first day of the course.
  11. The administration cannot be held responsible for any damage or injury, however caused, to any person attending the course or to third parties, nor for the loss or damage of any property, on or off the premises of the course or outside the course.
  12. The participant is obliged to take out personal health, travel, and accident insurance.
  13. Cancellation conditions:
    Cancellations before 1st July – no costs.
    Between 1st and 15th July – costs € 187,50 (25% course fees)
    Between 16th July – 1st August – costs € 375,- (50% course fees)
    After 1st August – costs € 750,- (100% course fees)
  14. No participant can attend the course if they suffer from a pre-existing injury that prevents them from fully participating in the course.
  15. Classes are not compulsory but will not be refunded if missed. ChoreoComp sessions are compulsory. Participants selected for ChoreoComp are obliged to participate in all ChoreoComp sessions. The administration reserves the right to cancel student’s participation in ChoreoComp for any student who misses sessions without a valid reason. If absence from a session is unavoidable, participants are required to inform the coordinator of their intended absence before the session begins.
  16. During the course, the administration may take photographs and/or make recordings (both audio and video) for archives and/or publicity purposes. By registering into our Dance Intensive & ChoreoComp, participants grant Royal Conservatoire, The Hague the right to use their image in promotional material (print, internet and other media).
  17. Conditions for the Dance Intensive & ChoreoComp might be changed over time. In case this happens, the administration will notify the applicants in a timely manner by email.
  18. For any other unforeseen event or situation which these terms and conditions do not explicitly cover, the decision of the administration is final.
