The Haeyeon Quintet plays orginal music of Haeyeon Jang (piano) as well as arranged covers from Pat Metheny and Chick Corea. The originals have influences from indie and pop with a foundation in jazz.They have delicate melodies with a tender atmosphere which contrasts with the unexpected harmonies and progressive arrangements that together heightens the expression of the core message. The band is based in the Hague, our musicians being either graduated from or currently attending the Royal Conservatory.
