KC Lab is a classic Korzo event, an evening of unpolished talent full of new ideas. This season Korzo is programming something new with the 'mini-LABS', here a number of acoustic pieces can be heard prior to another concert.
Together with Korzo, the Royal Conservatoire is clearing the stage for talented Composition students. During these student-programmed evenings, Composition students and students from the instrumental departments perform their freshly written works. They are supervised in this by their teachers Martijn Padding, Cornelis de Bondt, Guus Janssen, Calliope Tsoupaki, Yannis Kyriakides and Peter Adriaansz. KC Lab means hours full of musical adventures: from lute to laptop and self-made musical instruments, from singer to DJ. All the unusual and unexpected is quite normal during KC Lab.
