Open Day Royal Conservatoire
Are you considering studying at the Royal Conservatoire? Then visit the Open Day on Saturday 5 February 2022. Even if you are not able to travel to The Netherlands, we have you covered with online programmes and Q&A's.
This Open Day will take place in our new building Amare (Spuiplein 150, The Hague). Some program components can also be experienced online. This Open Day is for both prospective Bachelor and Master students and younger students who are interested in Jong KC Music, Royal Conservatoire Dance and the School for Young Talent.
The day consists of the following parts:
- Try-outs and introductory meetings with teachers
- Information about the department
- Guided Tours
- Online broadcasts
- Online Q&As
Due to current Covid-19 related constrictions, it is necessary to register your presence in advance. You can register, together with one supervisor, family member or friend using the form below.
Unfortunately, we are not able to receive general visitors during the Open Day this year, due to Covid-19 measures in place. We hope to see you soon in Amare at our many concerts and performances.

Saturday the Royal Conservatoire will broadcast a continuous livestream with department interviews, where staff, teachers, students and alumni inform you on the curriculum, projects, research, partnerships and much more. In between the department slots, we will share footage of how it is to study in the Hague, combine studying at the Conservatoire and the University of Leiden and last year projects.
It is possible to attend the live stream in Studio 1 in the KC Domain. A maximum of 30 spots are available.

Open Day in Amare
We ask all pupils, students and their supervisors who visit the Open Day in Amare the following:
- We will check your registration for the Open Day at the entrance. Only interested pupils, students and their supervisors (+1 friend or family member) have access to the Open Day in Amare. General visitors do not have access and we ask them to visit one of our concerts or performances at another time. All this in regard to the current Covid-19 restrictions.
- Everyone aged 13 and older must show a Corona Admission Ticket at the entrance via QR registration.
- All visitors must wear a Face Mask.
- We ask all visitors to keep 1.5 meters distance as much as possible.
Want to take a look at our new home in Amare? Try one of the guided tours, starting all day at 'Club 4' next to the Conservatoriumzaal.

The Student Administration desk is occupied between 09.30 - 16.00, so you can ask all your questions about the registration process at the Royal Conservatoire. International advisor Eugene Eijken is also present to answer questions about studying in the Netherlands, if you travel from abroad.
