This event brings together three generations of jazz musicians for a mini-festival in PJPJ Voorschoten. The programme features young musicians from the School for Young Talent and the Bachelor’s and Master’s programmes at the Royal Conservatoire, as well as national and international jazz musicians (including former students of the Royal Conservatoire).
Grote
Zaal
There
will be four concerts in the Grote Zaal. The first will feature twelve talented
young musicians from the School for Young Talent’s jazz department, who will be
accompanied by their teachers. They will be followed on the stage by the Veronica
Cimino Quintet, the
Marco Kegel Quartet and the headline act, the Denise Jannah Quartet.
Kleine
Zaal
The
Kleine Zaal will host three concerts. The audience in the hall will be seated
in a close circle around the musicians to experience live jazz music close up. The
programme opens with a performance by a quartet from the highest classes of the
School for Young Talent led by a teacher, followed by the Tristan
Guillaume-Hélouët
Quintet and the Aseo
Friesacher
Quartet.
Ronde
Zaal
The
Lidija Strika
Quartet will be playing from 21.15. The Ronde Zaal will be open to guests for a
chat and a bite to eat until 20.30.
