The Young Talent Project is an annual collaboration between Royal Conservatoire Dance and Nederlands Dans Theater (NDT). This unique talent development project has two main aims: to give young dance students the chance to come into contact with NDT's working methods and develop their talent as versatile dancers, and to give (former) NDT dancers the opportunity to gain experience as teachers, repetitors or choreographers within a professional dance education programme. After three months of intensive collaboration between the students and NDT, the project will result in a series of performances in Amare's intimate Black Box.
