Dear Alumni,
We are delighted to inform you about the Next Generation Festival on 25-28 November 2021.
The 4 day festival in the Conservatoriumzaal and Studio’s of the new Amare will be packed with over 140 KC ensembles in 70+ hours of music. On Friday and Saturday evening, and Sunday afternoon you will be able to attend panels with established and upcoming influential journalists, programmers, and publishers.
The Royal Conservatoire will of course be inviting its network in journalism, programming, music, business, culture, education, politics and more. Next to that you will notice the promotion of ticket sales to the general public in the area of The Hague and surroundings.
Communications
Please read the information below carefully and we would like to remind you that the alumni which have signed up for a concert have the responsibility for all communication with us, and passing the information on, to your fellow musicians.
Schedule
Via this webpage (www.koncon.nl/nextgen) we will share and update all relevant information throughout the coming weeks, including the schedule of the date and time of your concert. The programme is still subject to small changes.

Fee
Every participant of the festival will receive a fee of €150,- (excl. VAT) per performance. This will be done either through an IB47 form or invoice. More detailed information about this will follow.
Tickets
For the Next Generation Festival we will be using a ticketing system for the guests. Via the link below you can make your reservation for free tickets.
Visit www.koncon.nl/nextgeneration and use one of the ticket links at the end of the page. Click the blue link "Gebruik promotiecode" (screenshot) and use the code: 'KCalumniNGF21' to ensure free tickets for your family and friends. Now the option to add free tickets will appear.
Be aware that you need to order a separate ticket for each member of your family or friend per day of the festival.
Inviting important relations
If you have relevant relations such as online influencers, journalists, programmers or publishers which you would like us to send an invite to, please let us know, simply by sending an email to production@koncon.nl.
Later we will inform you about the practical information for during the festival. Think of accessibility of the venue, set-up, rehearsal, sound check times etc.
