Continuous improvement is the essence of our Quality Culture approach within the Royal Conservatoire. Sharing knowledge is an important condition for continuous improvement. Therefore we are always on the watch for relevant developments outside the conservatoire that can help us with our work on the quality culture at the RC and we also actively incorporate current knowledge and developments. But sometimes we get the chance to bring out our own knowledge and insights and share them with other Conservatories, Colleges and Universities. For example, the RC gives a presentation on the Lemniscaat of Continuous Improvement, our approach to Quality Culture, during the EQAF (European Quality Assurance Forum) in November 2018. This is the main European conference on quality assurance (QA) in higher education. together all key stakeholders in this field, such as higher education institutions, QA agencies and students.
