Building an inclusive community together

At the Royal Conservatoire The Hague, we think it is important that everyone feels welcome and heard. We believe in the power of diversity and actively promote an open, inclusive and safe learning environment. Wherever you come from, and whoever you are - your voice counts.

GROW: for and by students and staff

GROW is the Conservatoire's working group for equity, diversity and inclusion. In it, students, teachers and staff work together to make our school more inclusive. Not from behind a desk, but by engaging in conversation, sharing experiences and working together on new ideas and initiatives.

The Royal Conservatoire is a meeting place for people from all over the world, with different backgrounds and perspectives. This diversity makes our community unique. We want everyone to feel at home - whether you are just entering or have been part of this place for years.

Room for conversation and change

Conversations about identity, diversity or inequality can sometimes be tense. But it is precisely by approaching each other openly that understanding is created. GROW organises meetings and events where there is that space - for your story, your ideas and your questions.
