Teacher Classical Music Violin Orchestral Parts

Drs. Letizia Sciarone completed her music master degree study under tutorschip of Kees Hülsmann and Janet Krause at the Royal Conservatory in The Hague in 2001. Before that she completed her postgraduate with honours at the Royal College of London with Felix Andrievsky and her teaching diplom at Codarts with Nathalia Morozova. After having been a member of all international youth orchestra’s like EUYO, GMJO and Schleswig-Holstein Festival Orchestra Letizia has toured since 1999 extensively as soloist, leader and member with the European Union Chamber Orchestra and other major professional orchestras before she became a member of the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra in 2002. Letizia has also played in many chamber music festivals and concerts. Letizia holds a position as orchestral teacher and main subject teacher at Codarts. From september 2022 Letizia has joined, as orchestral teacher, the Royal Conservatory of The Hague violin faculty. Being interested in how to develop the full potential of each student Letizia has obtained her master of science at the Open University in 2022. Deep knowledge of music and the insight of learning development and strategies is an ideal combination to prepare her students for the professional world.
