Student exchanges play a crucial role on personal, academical and professional development, not to mention they have a positive impact on one's international network, which is of utmost importance for young musicians and entrepreneurs.

Networking, personal and professional development, exchange of good practices, and continuous learning are of equal importance for staff members, therefore the Royal Conservatoire strongly supports its staff members to give guest lectures, do job shadowing, become an International External Examiner at one of our partner institutions or to follow trainings abroad on a regular basis. These activities benefit the staff members personally and have a direct impact on the quality and international character of their classes, teaching methods and assessment. This in turn is crucial for the continuous development of international curricula and assessment, and for the creation of the international learning environment.

All teaching or non-teaching staff members of The Royal Conservatoire The Hague have the opportunity to benefit from multiple options to go abroad and expand their knowledge and network. More information is available internally, in our Portal.
