About the EPTA Frans Schreuder Prize
The EPTA Frans Schreuder Prize recognises outstanding research by piano students at Dutch conservatoires. Established to encourage future pianists and piano teachers to contribute to the development and quality of their profession, the prize has been named after Frans Schreuder, founder and honorary member of EPTA Nederland, since 2013.
The prize includes €750 and the opportunity to publish an article in the Piano Bulletin. All submissions are assessed anonymously.
The winners will receive their awards at EPTA Nederland's national conference in November, where they will also give a short presentation.
