Last Friday, choreographer Jiří Kylián handed out the Kylian Foundation Scholarship awards to two of our dancers: Fabienne and Matteo. The committee awarded the two dance students with 2.000 € each.

Fabienne is described by the committee as a thoughtful dancer who works with great dedication and an analytical mind set. Fabienne is a potential and will continue to grow into an expressive performer. She started her dancing journey in the School for Young Talent and was later accepted into the Bachelor programme. Now, that she is finishing her studies in The Hague, she will move to Germany for an internship at Ballett Theater Pforzheim.

Matteo joined us for his Bachelor studies. He is originally from Bologna, Italy and already has some international dancing experience. Matteo is described as a passionate and charismatic dancer with the drive to learn and develop himself further. He inspires other dancers with his dedication and commitment. The committee appreciates his openness and curiosity to discover new styles and techniques.

We congratulate both dancers and wish them good luck for their future careers.
