In 2026, the Royal Conservatoire The Hague will celebrate its 200th anniversary — two centuries of dedication to music, dance and excellence in education. This jubilee year is a moment to reflect and to look ahead: we honour our rich history, celebrate our impact today, and embrace the future.
We warmly invite our alumni to share personal memories and materials from their time at the conservatoire. For example:
- special projects you were part of
- encounters that shaped you (teachers, fellow students, artists)
- a remarkable instrument, repertoire or premiere
- study years that coincided with a notable historical moment
- photos, videos, programmes or posters from your archive

Please send your story (short or long), with any supporting material, to alumni@koncon.nl. Please include your department or study programme and the years you studied at the Royal Conservatoire. A selection of stories will make its way to the website and KC socials throughout the jubilee year.
