KC Jazz Writing Camp slotconcert

During KC Jazz Writing Month, composition, experimentation and artistic development take centre stage. Guided by guest teachers from the professional field, students spend a month developing their own musical ideas, exploring new directions and shaping them into original compositions.

At the KC Jazz Writing Camp Final Concert, these newly created works are performed for the first time. Students bring their compositions to life and share the musical journeys they have undertaken throughout the project. The result is an evening filled with fresh sounds, personal stories and creative energy.
