As of 2028 Krista Audere will become the new artistic director and conductor of Cappella Amsterdam choir

Krista Audere, main subject teacher Choral Conducting at the Royal Conservatoire, will be appointed as the new artistic director and conductor of the Cappella Amsterdam choir. In 2028 she will be succeeding her mentor Daniel Reuss.

Krista Audere: renowned conductor and artistic director

Krista Audere is a conductor of Latvian origin, now based in the Netherlands. She is currently the conductor of the VU-Kamerkoor, Kamerkoor VENUS, and is regularly engaged as a guest conductor of the Dutch Chamber Choir and the Netherlands Radio Choir. She often gives masterclasses on choral conducting and is a jury member in competitions. As of 2024 Krista is main subject teacher Choral Conducting at the Royal Conservatoire The Hague.
