The audition this year will be held in two rounds.

Round 1: After you are admitted to the KC Master’s programme, you will be asked to submit:

  • A motivation letter (350-450 words) that explains your motivation for applying and how the specialisation is integrated into your Master Project Plan (you can send a motivational video if you prefer)
  • A video presenting yourself and your playing, featuring a solo piece of your choice.
    The format for the audition is a shot in one take, filmed with one camera. This way you get the chance to present yourself.

The video and motivation letter have to be delivered before the 1st of June.

Applicants will be informed if they are invited to the 2nd round on 8 June 2026.

Round 2: If you pass round 1, you will be invited for the second round which consists of a zoom meeting with HIIIT.

The second round will be held on 12 June 2026 (times to be confirmed).

If you get accepted, HIIIT will pay your tuition fee, and you will be part of a diversity of projects in our group during the coming season.
