To make dance your profession later on, it is good to start as young as possible with the right training. Royal Conservatoire Dance offers children from grade 5 to 8 of elementary school the opportunity to follow the orientation program as an introduction to dance education. Classes are given in (preparatory) classical ballet, world dance, creative dance, Spanish dance, acrobatics and music.

Young KC Dance classes take place in the studios of Royal Conservatoire Dance. Together with Nederlands Dans Theater, Residentie Orkest and the Amare Foundation, the Royal Conservatoire is housed in the culture house Amare, in the center of The Hague.

Young KC 1
From September through June, with classes on Saturdays.

Young KC 2
From September to the final audition in March, with classes on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Young KC Extra
From January to the final audition in March, with classes on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Young KC Entrance classes (group 7 and 8 elementary school)
After the final audition, admitted students participate in Entrance Classes in April, May and June on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
