After completing the Scapino Dance Academy in 1985, Juliette van Ingen (movement and performing coach) worked as a dancer with the modern dance companies Conny Janssen Danst, Dansgroep Krisztina de Châtel, and Foltz en Co. She has also worked in many ad hoc productions by different choreographers. From 1996 she also worked as a dance teacher / repetitor at, among others, Dansgroep Amsterdam, Dansgezelschap Reflex and the dance courses ArtEZ, Codarts and at the Amsterdam School of the Arts. Since 2013 she has been working as a movement coach and artistic advisor at Silbersee, an unorthodox music theater house. She gives workshops movement and performing to singers and instrumentalists at, among others, the Royal Conservatoire (master NAIP), the Conservatorium Amsterdam (master CPL) and was the movement coach of the production aus LICHT, Holland Festival 2019. From 2019 she is active as coach movement and performing and she now also works with elderly people aged 65 to 90 in the projects of Gouden Dans. An initiative that lets the elderly shine on stage and hopes beyond that to encourage the elderly to take small and larger initiatives.
