Violin day Young KC
On Sunday 20 October, the Royal Conservatoire is organising a violin day. This day offers a unique opportunity for young violinists (10-18 years old) and violin teachers to get together, exchange knowledge and experiences, and of course make lots of music.
Programme for violinists
- Playing with the AKO Junior ensemble in the morning (up to 14 years old)
- Concert at 12.30 pm
- Individual lessons in the afternoon, where you and your teacher can ask questions to the conservatoire's violin teachers
Programme violin teachers
- Reception with coffee/tea and musical entertainment by the AKO Junior ensemble
- Speed-date sessions to discuss specific topics and violin challenges
- Lecture by Wieke Karsten titled: ‘May the light be on?’ on attention and focus in the lesson.
- Opportunity for your students to ask questions of the conservatoire's violin teachers.
