'Friday's concert was one of the most inspiring and energizing musical experiences I've had!'

During projects like this, students often collaborate with conductors from the National Master Orchestra Conducting. For both musicians and conductors, this is an inspiring experience. Conductor Benjamin Wenzelberg enthusiastically recounted the March lunch concert:

'Friday's concert was one of the most inspiring and energizing musical experiences I've had! We really "built" this symphony — over time, and with a lot of care — and to feel it all come together and feel so connected between us was extremely special.

An audience member said she came into the room depressed and having a bad week, and left after the concert with so much light and hope for the world. That's why we do what we do! '
