Day of the Composer - Festival Dag in de Branding
Festival Dag in de Branding kicks off the summer with an extra long and festive edition which is entirely dedicated to the national Day of the Composer. The day ends in the Nieuwe Kerk with the presentation of the Kees van Baaren Prize to Dutch-Korean composer Seung-Won Oh, alumna and guest lecturer of the Royal Conservatoire. The musicians chosen to perform her mesmerising work YeonDo at this occasion are the New European Ensemble and Cappella Pratensis.
