All Bachelor and Practicum Musicae Jazz students follow ensemble lessons, where they work in bands of various sizes and instrumentation. Through weekly rehearsals, students gain experience in playing in various idioms and interacting within the group. While approaching styles in personal way, as well as writing and arranging in those styles, students prepare unique repertoire that will be presented in a week-long Ensemble Festival.
