You are invited to come along to Amare and join in a music session with students from the Royal Conservatoire. Meet4Music is a series of free workshops for anyone who enjoys playing music. Everyone is welcome and no experience or instrument is required. The workshops led by students and teachers from the Royal Conservatoire are held on Monday evenings in the public spaces of the Amare complex.

On Monday 22 April, you can join a Meet4Music conducting workshop with the help of two workshop leaders and a three-piece ensemble of the Residentie Orkest. We will be introduced to basic conducting skills and using body percussion to work on elements of a piece of music. (Some) participants will have the opportunity to conduct the ensemble and briefly experience what it is like to be a conductor.
Admission free, but PLEASE NOTE: we have a maximum number of participants for this workshop, therefore registration is required via educatie@koncon.nl.
