Eleonoor Tchernoff is Head of the Classical Music Department since December 2023. She studied violin at Utrecht Conservatory and musicology at the University of Amsterdam. She previously worked as a freelance consultant on higher education accreditation procedures, and advisory processes in the cultural sector. Before that, she was the Royal Conservatoire's policy officer for education.
