On 29 and 30 May 2026, the Institute of Sonology presents its annual Wave Field Synthesis Festival in collaboration with The Game of Life foundation.
Over the course of two days, 24 composers will present newly created spatial works specifically composed for the WFS system. The festival will be held in Sonology’s New Music Lab and the Wave Field Synthesis Studio (6.74) at Amare, The Hague.

Alberto Berera, Michał Dabrowski, Seolbeen Lee, Teade Ridder, Noor van Keulen, Niccoló Angioni, Conor Brown, Nicolas Zentz, Emilio Casaburi, Gregor Connelly, Vy Vo, Gianluca Delfino, Stefania Dumitru, Justin Bennett, Antonio Hasbún González, Solyoub Lee, Iannis Xenakis, Hayden Potter, Sergio Sanchez Perera, Iulia-Andreea Smeu, Yihan Sun, Laura Häberli-Silvola, and Ivan Kalashnik.
Admission is free, but registration is required for each concert. Complimentary snacks and drinks will be provided.
