Who We Are
GROW is the EDI (Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) working group of the Royal Conservatoire, consisting of students, staff, and teachers.
What We Do
The Royal Conservatoire is a vibrant meeting point of many nationalities and cultures. We celebrate this rich diversity of voices and are committed to fostering an equitable, diverse, and inclusive environment for everyone. GROW plays a vital role in supporting and enabling this process.
We believe that clear communication and open dialogue are essential tools for creating a sense of belonging, even when these discussions may sometimes feel challenging. GROW organises events to encourage dialogue, including initiatives such as Lotte van den Berg’s Building Conversations (March 12).
Starting February 2025, chairperson Alison Isadora will host open discussions every second and fourth Wednesday of the month from 11:00 to 13:00. These sessions are an opportunity to share concerns, raise questions, and offer suggestions.
