In order to apply, you must first register via Studielink and then gain access to our application system where you will be asked to submit your documents including a portfolio.
The deadline to submit your portfolio and other required documents (with the link to your Dropbox folder) is for all candidates: Friday, February 28th 2025

General requirements
- High school diploma
High school diploma comparable to a Dutch VWO, HAVO or MBO 4 diploma. You can check the equivalent Dutch level of your diploma on the Nuffic website.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English
Non-EU/EEA candidates are required to provide a certificate as proof of English Language proficiency. EU/EEA candidates' English language level will be assessed during their admission interview.
Portfolio requirements
As part of the admission and selection procedure for the Bachelor ArtScience programme we ask you to demonstrate your artistic talent, intellectual curiosity and affinity with one or more artistic disciplines. You’ll be asked to show examples of earlier work and explain your motivation to study at the ArtScience Interfaculty.
We ask you to prepare a Dropbox folder with all application materials. Make sure that anyone with the link has access to the folder, we explicitly don't want you to share the folder with us. Check that you have all the required documents ready in the Dropbox folder and upload the link in our application system.
You’ll be requested to include the following materials:
- Portfolio (max. 20 pages, max. 10 recent important works)
- Letter of motivation (max. 350 words)
- Resume (curriculum vitae, max 1 A4)
- Assignment (max. 2 A4)
