Manon Heijne

Manon Heijne studied singing at the Royal Conservatoire in The Hague and graduated in 1991, receiving special recognition. She participated in various productions with De Nederlandse Opera, including Die Glückliche Hand by Schoenberg, Life with an Idiot by Schnittke and Broken Strings by Param Vir. She performed regularly with the Netherlands Chamber Choir in early, classical and modern music projects. As a soloist she has her own ensemble, specialising in 20th century repertoire. She has been a teacher at the Royal Conservatoire since 1994.
