These courses are incorporated in the curriculum to provide an integrated and continuous learning trajectory from year one up to and including year four (B1-4). The four Career Skills courses are Start-Up!, Entrepreneurial Bootcamp, Meet the Professionals and Preparation for Professional Practice.

The Vocal Department has extended the Career Skills courses and they offer: Start-Up!, Learning Lab for Singers, Entrepreneurial Bootcamp, The Business of Music, Audition Training, Making your own Performance and Preparation for Professional Practice.

An intensive week in which Bachelor 2 students explore how to meet new audiences and be meaningful as an artist in society, performing together with others and for a specific audience. New playgrounds will be explored around Theater De Nieuwe Regentes: a marvellous theatre run by members of the local community and located in a very lively part of The Hague. Students are invited to create short musical interventions or performances that will make a difference in the lives of people living in this neighbourhood. Differences that creative musicians can make.
